fake consultants:

He/she is calling software support line
repeatedly.

Utilizing the software knowledge
base to answer almost every question.

Repeated phone calls to the
“senior” consultant at his/her company. (“Senior” is the true expert)

Smart fake consultants will use
bathroom breaks to call “Senior.”

Every other answer is “I’ll have
to get back to you on this.”

Giving wrong answers

Reluctant to deal with issues
other than what he/she was called in to fix. In other words, he/she only knows
so much.

Constantly blames things on bad
hardware.

His/her number one solution is
to "BUY MORE SOFTWARE." (especially if they are employed by a software dealer)
