• He/she is calling software support line repeatedly.

• Utilizing the software knowledge base to answer almost every question.

• Repeated phone calls to the “senior” consultant at his/her company. (“Senior” is the true expert)

• Smart fake consultants will use bathroom breaks to call “Senior.”

• Every other answer is “I’ll have to get back to you on this.”

• Giving wrong answers

• Reluctant to deal with issues other than what he/she was called in to fix. In other words, he/she only knows so much.

• Constantly blames things on bad hardware.

• His/her number one solution is to "BUY MORE SOFTWARE." (especially if they are employed by a software dealer)
