Tech Outlook, Inc. has been Implementing and supporting Timberline and other
systems since 1998. We have grown into a full-service provider for
Timberline. Software solutions,
offering a multitude of talent in the areas of system integration,
application and technical consulting, project
management and various post install support activities such as
report design,
process
reengineering,
web solutions
and financial analysis.
As system integrators, we
manage projects at all levels, from full ERP solutions to individual module
deployment. Our Application Consultants
combine industry experience with Timberline knowledge in the Accounting,
Estimating, Project Management, and Property Management modules, while our
Technical Consultants have expertise in conversions, custom modifications and
Application Development.
Our Project Management Skills
encompass 16 years experience in Timberline Implementations. We offer area
specialists to manage a project according to the applications of highest
visibility. This practice provides an experienced project manager who can
understand and resolve issues in a timely, effective manner.
Our consultants also perform
Audits of existing Timberline customers. They can provide insight into known
problems and audit your procedures to ensure efficiency, proper internal
accounting system controls and full use of the Timberline software.
The Audit is typically the most logical starting
point. Unless we consulted on your initial implementation, it is impossible for
us to fully understand your business. Through a detailed Audit and Analysis, ITO
will carefully review your company's processes relevant to Timberline and your
industry and gain general knowledge of the inner workings of your business. With

improvement as they relate to your strategic direction for your company’s
integrated solution, outline an approach to streamline processes as needed, and
suggest best practices to achieve maximum efficiency from its functionality.
